Poogan’s Porch

“The restaurant was named after a former neighborhood dog in the area. He once graciously accepted table scraps from every family on the block on Queen Street and most preferred hanging out at the porch of the home that would become Poogan’s Porch, the restaurant’s website states. He even stayed and greeted customers when the restaurant opened in 1976 until his death in 1979”.
